Frontyard Media is an independent agency. We are not Google and cannot guarantee placement in Google Search or Maps.
Google Business Profile is free
Google does not charge businesses to create or own a Business Profile. Frontyard Media's fee pays for our management, content, monitoring, reporting, and software.
You remain in control
The client remains the profile owner and grants Frontyard Media manager access. Never transfer primary ownership to us and never share a Google password.
What we may do
Only after written authorization, Frontyard Media may read profile and performance data, publish approved posts, monitor reviews, publish approved replies, and make confirmed profile corrections.
AI-assisted, human-approved
AI may assist Frontyard Media with internal content drafts and profile recommendations. A Frontyard Media operator reviews and approves every public post and review reply before publication. AI does not control or guarantee Google rankings.
Stopping access
You can remove Frontyard Media from your profile at any time. We also provide prompt offboarding and stop scheduled work after cancellation.
