Terms

Service
Frontyard Media provides Google Business Profile management and related local search reporting under the client's signed scope. Google Business Profile itself is a free Google product; our fee is for agency work and software.
Client authority
The client confirms that it owns or is authorized to manage each supplied business profile and gives Frontyard Media specific written permission for the selected reads, posts, monitoring, and review replies.
No guarantees
Rankings, search visibility, review volume, AI citations, leads, and Google's acceptance of edits are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed.
Platform rules
Both parties must follow Google policies. Frontyard Media may pause an action that appears misleading, unsafe, unverified, or outside the signed authorization.
Ending service
Either party may end service under the signed agreement. Frontyard Media will stop future work and remove agency access within seven business days.
