What we collect
Frontyard Media processes the business profile details, reviews, performance data, approved content, contact information, and authorization records needed to provide the service.
How we use it
We use this data only to manage authorized client profiles, prepare approved content and replies, measure results, prevent duplicate work, maintain security, and provide proof of completed work.
AI-assisted drafting
Frontyard GBP uses Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare internal draft posts, draft review replies, and profile-readiness recommendations from client-approved business facts and authorized Google data. AI output is not published automatically; a Frontyard Media operator reviews and approves every public post and review reply.
Storage and retention
Google authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and never placed in the phone app. Temporary provider snapshots expire within 30 days. Operational records and our own approved drafts are retained only as needed for service, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell client or Google user data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, including Google, Cloudflare for hosting and AI-assisted drafting, and contracted reporting providers, subject to their terms.
Control
A client may revoke Frontyard Media's manager access in Google at any time. On cancellation, future automation is stopped and agency access is removed within seven business days.

Google API Limited Use
Frontyard GBP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
